Named for the creek out back
Four years ago this was a two-barrel rig in the corner of a cabinet shop. It's still one batch at a time — there's just more barrel now.
Half the board stays classic — a pilsner and a pale that never leave. The other half is wherever the brewers wandered that month: a rye lager, a foraged-sage saison, whatever the barrels give back.
The taproom is the whole front of the building. If the garage door is up, the patio is open, and someone's dog is already there.
